The City of Anchorage requires the collection of a Municipal Room Tax of 12% at all B&Bs.
Beginning January 1, 2006, this tax will be charged and collected on all room nights occupied.

Rates quoted are based on double occupancy
There is a charge of $29 for each additional adult, $15 for each
additional child per room.

A deposit of one night's rate or 50% of longer stays is required at the time of booking.
We require a fourteen (14) day advance notice for refund of your paid deposit.
